Volunteering In times of emergency or disaster, having access to additional resources and volunteers can be critical in recovery and aid in the prevention of the loss of life and property. Having credentialed, previously identified volunteers* can speed that process even more. The Utah County Health Department is currently working with other volunteer organizations such as the American Red Cross and United Way.
