Starting November 30, 2012, fingerprinting service will be available for the general public at our Health and Justice building location (151 South University Avenue, Provo) on fridays between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.
You must contact the office at 801-851-4038 for an appointment. Please note that there is a five dollar ($5) per card fee.
