Detectives with the Utah County Sheriff's Office are asking anyone with information about a burglary in Provo Canyon to contact them. A cash reward is being offered.

On Monday, December 17, 2012, a home in the Springdell neighborhood in Provo Canyon was burglarized. This happened at 11:35 A.M. and a resident of the home and a neighbor saw two male suspects.

The first suspect is described as an adult male, 20-25 years old, 5'10", medium build, dark hair, dark complexion, unshaven with a scruffy appearance. He was wearing a brown and black coat, jeans, and boots.

The second suspect is described as a juvenile male, 8-12 years old, and shorter than average. He was wearing a light colored jacket, white athletic shoes, and a dark knit hat or hood. It is believed this suspect was wearing Nike “Shox Monster” shoes.

The suspects stole expensive jewelry and a high-end Nikon camera. This property is valued at more than $10,000.00. The homeowners are offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for this burglary.
