May 2, 10am at Health & Justice Building
Did you know that over 90 percent of car seats are installed incorrectly in Utah County? The Utah County Health Department (UCHD) offers free car seat installation classes for parents (as well as grandparents, day-care providers, care-givers, etc) on the proper use and installation of infant and child car seats. Booster seats and child seat belt use are also discussed. The class is free and no registration is required, but prompt attendance is enforced. Questions can be directed to 801-851-7035.
The next class is scheduled for May 2nd, 10 a.m., at the Utah County Health and Justice Building in room 2601 (151 S. University Ave, Provo). Another class is planned for May 14th at 5 p.m., also in Provo, and a third on May 29th at 5:30 p.m. at the Utah County Health Department American Fork Office (599 South 500 East, American Fork).
