Breastfeeding, behaviors, and baby wearing all offered free to the public
Infant and baby classes are offered to everyone free by the Utah County Women, Infants and Children (WIC).
Breastfeeding classes help new (or returning) parents and caregivers to lay a good foundation for breastfeeding and address common problems. English classes offered April 9, 16 and 30th at 5:30 p.m., and a class in Spanish at 5:30 p.m. on April 23.
Learn the secrets of Baby Behaviors on Wednesday, April 9 at 5:30 p.m. (offered the second Wednesday of each month). Happiest Baby on the Block teaches parents foolproof methods to soothe fussy babies, and will be April 16 at 5:30 p.m. (also offered each third Wednesday). The fourth Wednesday of the month, come learn how Baby Wearing is done, how to's and safety tips, at 5:30 p.m. (April 23rd). Infant massage -- learning to interact and soothe their infant through massage therapy -- is offered the first Wednesday of the month (next class May 7th at 5:30 p.m.).
