On August 13, 2015, at approximately 7:42 pm, emergency crews from several agencies responded to the Woodland Hills area to assist with a mud slide caused by heavy rain fall. At least two houses were affected by the slide. One house sustained significant damage to the basement from the mud entering a basement window. At this point the flow of mud has stopped. Approximately 5-6 homes were evacuated, however, things have stabilized and most people are returning to their homes to assess the damage. No injuries were reported as a result of the slide.
