Feb 9, "Happiest Baby on the Block"
The Utah County Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program will be sponsoring free parent/infant classes for the community. Individuals need not be WIC clients to participate. On Wednesday, February 9, "Happiest Baby on the Block" will discuss why babies cry and the "Ancient Art of Soothing a Baby." This will run from 6 to 7 p.m.
All classes will be held at the at the Utah County Health and Justice Building (151 S. University Ave, Room 1601, Provo) and are free. Door prizes will also be given to participants. For questions, please call 801-851-7312.
February 17 will offer "Infant Massage" from 3 to 4 p.m. On February 23 from 6 to 7 p.m. "Moby Wraps" will be demonstrated, showing how wearing and holding your baby can help create bonding. And on March 2, WIC staff will discuss "Insights into Baby Behavior" from 6 to 7 p.m.
