On April 28, 2011, after a lengthy investigation into multiple residential burglaries in Benjamin, Payson, Lake Shore and Spanish Fork areas. Two Suspects were arrested.
On April 28, 2011, after a lengthy investigation into multiple residential burglaries, a search warrant was obtained for a residence in Payson, Utah. Detectives were looking for multiple items of stolen property taken during these burglaries, the value of the stolen property was over $28,000.00. Stolen items included jewelry, electronics, purses, coin collections, money and meat.
Two suspects were identified, the suspects were booked into the Utah County Jail on multiple charges of burglary and theft. The two suspects are Jeffrey Daniels (DOB 1/7/85) and Gina Burraston (DOB 10/15/78).
The suspects entered the residences during daytime hours when the owners were not home. They would knock on doors and enter if no one answered. The suspects entered the residences through unlocked doors. The burglaries occurred in Lake Shore, Benjamin, Payson and the Spanish Fork area.
Detectives recovered multiple items of property which has been identified as the property stolen from the burglaries. Detectives will be making contact and returning recovered property.
