Seven week program starts April 11
Stepping On is a free falls prevention class offered by the Utah County Health Department. The purpose of this class is to help build confidence and reduce the number of falls among those 65 and older. The classes will be offered on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. This seven week program will start Wednesday, April 11th and will continue until Wednesday, May 23rd. The class will take place at the Springville Senior Center (65 E 200 S Springville, UT 4663) in the Veterans Room. To register please call Kathie Hill at 801-851-7095. Falls are not inevitable. You can make a difference by taking action. With knowledge you can be in control of falls.
