Six week class, Thursdays starting September 6, 2012
PROVO, UTAH (August 15, 20, 2012) -- "I've tried everything and nothing works!" Does this sound familiar to you? If it does, then come try one more thing. The Utah County Health Department (UCHD) is offering a free, six week class where individuals will learn about the ten principles of Intuitive Eating. Based on the book by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, intuitive eating is an approach that teaches you how to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind, and body.
Class will start Thursday, September 6th and run each Thursday through October 11th. Classes are from 5:30 to
7 p.m., and will take place at the Health and Justice Building in room 2601 (151 S. University Ave, Provo). For more information please contact Kari at 801-851-7098 or karis@utahCounty.gov.
