Trace Wells Sex Offense Investigation

Questions regarding the Trace Wells sex offense investigation should be directed to the Emery County Attorney's Office.

Recently, the Utah County Sheriff's Office was contacted by the Grand County Sheriff's Office and asked to assist in conducting an investigation into an alleged sex offense case. During the course of the investigation, Trace Wells was identified as the suspect and was subsequently arrested on multiple sex offense charges. The Emery County Attorney's Office will be filing formal charges in the matter. At this time, any questions related to this case should be directed to the Emery County Attorney's Office.
